The Pillbox that 131st Field Regiment built between 2nd August 1942 and 10th July 1943. Soon to become a listed building. (Photo taken August 2004). On returning from a climbing trip on local crags Aaron told his Grandfather about seeing this pillbox, Harry then told his Grandson of the pillbox they had built by filling sand bags with cement and using them as blocks. Aaron realised that they were talking about the same Pillbox, its survival in good condition is probably due to its isolation and concealed position.
